Custom Order FAQ

Looking for something unique? Our custom candle orders are perfect for events, gifts, businesses, or special collaborations. Each candle is thoughtfully made in small batches using our clean fragrance oils, high quality wax, and carefully selected vessels.

With custom orders, you can personalize the scent, label design, and overall feel of the candle to match your vision. Whether you are celebrating a special event, creating branded products for your business, or gifting something meaningful, we work closely with you to bring your idea to life.

All custom orders require a minimum quantity and a deposit before production begins. Once the deposit is received, materials will be purchased and production will start. Processing times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Because each order is made specifically for you, all custom sales are final.

Additional Details

Custom Fragrance: +5–10% if unique scent or testing was involved

Custom Labels: +10–15% if you design or source special materials

Smaller Batches (under 12) or not increments of 12:+10–20% to account for less efficient production

Tight deadline or rush order: +10–20%

Custom Order Turnaround Time

All custom orders are made with care and attention to detail, which means they take a bit longer than ready-to-ship items. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the time the design and scent are finalized. This includes time for:

  • Scent and packaging confirmation
  • Label design and printing (if applicable)
  • Handcrafting each item in small batches
  • Curing time
  • Quality check and packing

If you need your order by a specific date (such as a wedding or event), I recommend reaching out at least 5–6 weeks in advance to ensure we can meet your timeline.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.

Payment & Delivery Details

A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom order. The remaining 50% will be due prior to shipment or delivery. All invoices will be sent via email for easy and secure payment. Local delivery is available within the Bay Area for an additional fee, which will be included in your final invoice.
