At ThatmakescentsCo, we create handcrafted custom candles, room and linen sprays, body products, reed diffusers, and more, all thoughtfully made in small batches using clean fragrance oils, high quality ingredients, and carefully selected packaging.
With our custom orders, you can personalize the scent, label design, packaging style, and overall feel of your products to match your vision. Whether you are creating branded products for your business, planning event favors, celebrating a special moment, or designing a signature scent, we work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.

All custom orders require a minimum quantity and a deposit before production begins. Once the deposit is received, materials will be ordered and production will officially start. Processing times typically range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the size, customization level, and quantity of the order.
Because every custom order is made specifically for you, all custom sales are final.

Additional Details
Custom Fragrance:
Additional 5–10% for unique scent blending or fragrance testing
Custom Labels or Packaging:
Additional 10–15% for custom designed labels, specialty materials, or packaging requests
Smaller Batches:
Orders under 12 units or quantities not in increments of 12 may incur an additional 10–20% fee to account for production adjustments
Rush Orders:
Additional 10–20% depending on turnaround time and availability
Custom Order Turnaround Time
All custom orders are handcrafted with care and attention to detail, which means they take longer than ready to ship products. Please allow 2–6 weeks once scents, designs, and packaging are finalized. This timeframe includes:
Scent and packaging confirmation
Label design and printing (if applicable)
Handcrafting products in small batches
Curing time for candles
Quality checks and packing
If you need your order for a wedding, launch, party, corporate event, or special occasion, we recommend reaching out at least 5–6 weeks in advance to ensure enough production time.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on our schedule.
Payment & Delivery Details
A 50% deposit is required to begin all custom orders. The remaining balance will be due prior to shipment or delivery. Invoices will be sent via email for secure and easy payment.
Local delivery within the Bay Area may be available for an additional fee, which will be included in your final invoice. If you have a specific delivery date or questions about your order, please feel free to reach out.
