PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required during major sales or holidays.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. However, if you need assistance, please email us at hola.thatmakescents@gmail.com with as many details as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Our team will respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100! For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $8.95 applies.

After your order is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is created. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is generated.

Once your order is shipped, tracking and final delivery are managed by the carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need your order faster? We now offer Priority Mail through USPS for quicker shipping! Pricing depends on the destination and weight of your package. Please note that even with Priority Mail, there is still a 3-5 business day processing window for your order.

Once shipped, Priority Mail orders typically arrive within two business days. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, as weekend deliveries are not available.

Please keep in mind that once your package leaves our facility, delivery is managed by our carrier, and we no longer have control over the shipping process. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to email us at hola.thatmakescents@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. However, if you’re interested in our products, please reach out to us at hola.thatmakescents@gmail.com to arrange an invoice. Kindly note that international shipping fees will apply, and free shipping is not available for international orders.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your products, please reach out to us, and we'll work to make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, ensuring the product is unused. A proof of purchase will be required to process your request.

If you're experiencing an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and a detailed description in your email so we can better assess and address the situation.

Note: We are unable to cover return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault releases, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
